How long does shipping take?
Our standard delivery window is 5–9 business days after your order has been processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

How long is processing time?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high‑volume seasons, processing may take an additional day.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Yes, we ship internationally.

What is your return or exchange policy?
Returns must be initiated within a set timeframe If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you a CREDIT NO REFUND!. Final‑sale items are not eligible.

My package is delayed — what should I do?
Carrier delays can happen due to weather or transit issues. If your package hasn’t moved for several days, contact us at Peadsbeauty1@gmail.com, and we’ll help look into it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make adjustments.
