Return Policy

We offer store credit only for eligible returns. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned for store credit if they meet all of the following conditions:
•     The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
•     All original tags and packaging are still attached.
•     The return request is made within our allowed return window 10 days


🚫 Non‑Returnable Items
To maintain the quality and integrity of our boutique offerings, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
•     Sale items
•     Final‑sale items
•     Accessories

💳 Store Credit Only
Approved returns will receive store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.


Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. PeadsBeauty does not provide prepaid return labels at this time.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
