I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change this?
We ship to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Are your Apparel sizes all USA ?

We carry both International and USA Sizes. Please use the dimensions shown on the size chart or contact our support team as some of our sellers use Chinese sizes which run smaller than USA sizes.

Do you refund or give credit ?

We give CREDIT NO REFUND 

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes we offer gifts cards ranging from $10 to $100.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

What is your Return Policy on Hair products?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hair Cream /Butter
  • Hair Oils
  • Wigs
  • Sale /Clearance Items

What if I receive a wrong product ?

Please contact us at peadsbeauty1@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a proof of the wrong order and the right order will be sent to you.

How can I track My order?

When your order is ready for shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number and link to the carrier.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process order and ship them within 24 hours so we are unable to cancel but you can contact us at peadsbeauty1@gmail.com to find alternate compensation where necessary.

Do you do Wholesale?

What is your Return Policy on other items aside hair products ?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and Order number must be provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you a CREDIT and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. NO REFUND! 

Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.  

You are responsible for exact return shipping costs in the case of an exchange or return! If you have been sent the incorrect item we will take care of all return and exchange shipping costs.

  What type of qualities are your apparels?

 In an effort to provide the most unique offering, we work with several sellers and designers and sometimes they do not meet our high standards. When this happens, we open disputes with the seller/designer and sometimes remove the products or the seller/designer from our platform.
