EXCHANGE /STORE CREDIT ONLY!!

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your Item.

To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and order number must be provided within the 10 day period.

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you a CREDIT and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. NO REFUND!

You are responsible for exact return shipping costs in the case of an exchange! If you have been sent the incorrect item we will take care of all return and exchange shipping costs.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the credit issued on the return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hair Cream /Butter
  • Hair Oils
  • Wigs

Size Chart: We carry both International and USA Sizes. Please use the dimensions shown on the size chart or contact our support team if you have questions on any Item.

Quality and Inventory: In an effort to provide the most unique offering, we work with several sellers and designers and sometimes they do not meet our high standards. When this happens, we open disputes with the seller/designer and sometimes remove the products or the seller/designer from our platform. 

 

Shipping times vary depending which warehouse item(s) were shipped from. Please allow around 1-4 weeks for delivery.
